This Product was bought to increase the memory in a laptop that was sold by [...] that was not fit for the job.Somebody asked me to help with a struggling laptop running Vista,it came installed with only 512MB(the specs where clearly shown on the laptop) of memory when Microsoft recommend a minimum of 1024MB.It was using all of its 512MB just to standstill after starting up,so more memory was the order of the day.

delighted at the impressive two day delivery when only choosing standard delivery. The memory was discontinued at PC World etc..., I had no problem finding it on your site. The price was less than half of the price high street stores sold for (however, no longer available). I am extremely satisfied indeed.

I got the memory the day after I ordered it and went to install it in a 15" PowerBook G4 1.67Ghz. Once installed I received 3 error beeps and 3 flashs on the led. This indicated that no memory banks passed testing. I tried both slots with seperate dimms and swapped them. After this I tried a different piece of known good memory and the laptop started up fine. I arranged for a replacement kit to be sent to me but got the exact same error with this to. I am now running a kit of x2 - 1GB 5300 DDR2 sticks which are operating at 3200. I don't understand why this memory is specified for this model of PowerBook when it is clearly incompatible?[...]

The SODIMM was needed to upgrade a very sluggish XP Toughbook. It was a simple installation once the cooling fan was unscrewed and worked straight out of the box with no issues. A great product and great value.

I'm so used to it now I forget that it's there. The speed of doing multiple tasks is great and even just starting my laptop up first thing is so much quicker. This extra memory is great and I may even buy a higher GB one in due course, instead of a new laptop - I love the one I've got!

After the memory is loaded over 1gb everything is loading so slow. I usually keep my laptop on for a long time(days in a row) and i have to wait a lot to load the windows explorer or to the start a new page of an internet browser.
