The RAM came quickly and was easy to install. You just need to be in possession of a small screw driver. Take out battery, earth self by rubbing finger on pad there for 20 seconds, remover screws and L-shaped piece of metal. Eject old RAM as shown in battery compartment, push in new RAM, put it back together and you are away. Computer is noticeably faster.

Be careful when installing - I did it incorrectly and this was only discovered when my mate took a look. Funny thing was my macbook still worked with them incorrectly installed. Bizarre.
