As someone who has never even taken the back off my PC before, I have to say how easy it was to install the RAM.

And was it worth it? Prior to adding the RAM, my PC kept crashing and I was forever re-starting it but now - AMAZING!!!

The service from Crucial is great - easy to order (you told me what to buy as well!) - from date of ordering to having PC running like a new system was 5 days.

Crusical have saved me a lot of money because I really thought my 5 year old PC was on it's last legs but it now has a new lease of life.

So I only had a 216MB memory in before, but as a newcomer to computing I was fair amazed at the difference putting in this extra 512MB has made to the speed of everything. If I had another slot in this machine I'd do the same again. Must be one of the most productive £17's I've spent. And installing was simpler than expected - clear instructions and quick to do - the longest part was moving the furniture to get at the machine.
