...i know nothing about computers, turn it on, pres some keys. and it works.. then when it stops working properly no amount of turning it off and on again will sort it out, so my frinedly local PC expert visits and says 'buy this' from 'them' and all will be well.... and lo and behold i bought two fo them, and it was easy to install, and hey presto, all is right with the world[...]

Memory was made easyier to install by the clear, well written instructions.
This doubled the RAM on my PC with an immediate and noticeable increase in speed of opening multiple documents etc.
The web site made it easy to find the correct type of memory for my make of PC.
(The site's pictorial representation of the memory slots was however not accurate).

Only had 1Gb memory this doubled it and made a world of difference. So much quicker to load Office/Word 2007 documents, also Photoshop runs better.
