Diagnostic scan tool gave me confidence about what i was buying. After looking at YouTube videos installing RAM was easy. My sluggish computer has been transformed. Would recommend Crucial to all.

I put the morning aside to order the part & another morning to install it. I'd done both in under 20 mins. The exact product suitable for my computer arrived & was perfect. Now my speed is a heck of a lot faster! Thanks Crucial. I will now use you on upgraing my mum's memory (on her PC, of course).
