The Crucial tool that checks your PC & advises correct update was great. I had to call Crucial as I couldn't get 2nd memory slot on PC to work and they were helpful. I even spoke to someone whose accent I could understand. In the end, decided PC slot was faulty and had to return one memory module to Crucial, who were very efficient & professional. Refund came very quickly. Very pleased with entire experience.
