The memory bought was to improve my computers performance.
Having fitted the products as per instructions the computer saw less memory than it did before the instalation, and there was a very faint smell of burning which source I could not locate!!
The original memory was changed by Maria for different cards which arrived late last week. I sent the original ones back and you have confirmed receipt. A specialist now advises that one of the memory slots is not working and since it worked before your initial memory was fitted I can only believe that one of the cards supplied was faulty and has now rendered my computer incapable of being upgraded without the fitting of a new mother board at least!
I am to say the least bitterly disapointed. The speed of service is excellent but the analysis of my machine before recommendation of a memory supply is sadly lacking.
