I bought two memory cards to improve the performance of my PC. The memory cards arrive within a couple of days. Unfortunately, one was faulty when I tried to boot the PC. The returns procedure and service provided by Crucial in exchanging the faulty card was excellent and I would have no hesitation in buying from them again or recommending them to friends and colleagues.

HP desktop supplied 2 years ago with 1 gb of ram which it transpires is mostly used by Vista supplied as default. PC became intolerably slow, Vista problems could not be sorted so step one upgrade ram to 2 gb still slow so step two upgrade to Windows 7 - lifes a breeze!
