I dont even use it, as it crashes my computer ten minutes after installing. I spoke with customer support, and they said its compatibility issues. Consequently, I updated my Mac with the latest compatibility software, but the problem persists. However, I am stuck with the RAM, as i mistakenly removed the warranty tag.

I'm very happy with this purchase. I have a lot of apps open at once on my macbook, usually one 'space' is filled with mail, calendar and all IM clients, etc. while iTunes runs in another and a web browser runs in another with one space free for video editing when the need arises.

With the stock memory (1GB) activity monitor usually showed about 250MB RAM free before opening a video editing app. Now it shows just under 2GB (!) free which actually makes video editing practical on a white MB instead of self-inflicted torture.

No noticeable increase in boot-up speed but smoother running all round, esp. when switching between spaces or waking from sleep mode.
