Noticeable increase in speed using some memory hungry Programmes.
most other applications are general use but since OS upgrade and added memory starts and closes faster than new. Extremely pleased with this Purchase and would recommend this company to anyone. Online tool also so simple to Check what you require. One more important note to add, buying from original big named supplier would have cost me double! An easy decision was made.

The memory upgrade arrived quickly and was well packaged. It included some very straightforward instructions (I'd never done anything like this before!). Within a few minutes the old memory was out and the new was in.

The increase in speed was instantly noticable - I had gone from 1GB to 4GB, so it was a big increase. The computer starts up in a fraction of the time, opens and runs multiple application smoothly and quickly, and closes down in the blink of an eye (this used to take ages).

Overall, the upgrade has breathed new life into what was becoming a tired PC.

All I knew was that I wanted some more RAM as my PC was seriously lagging. DDR? PC2? DIMM? Didn't have a clue. This was the only site to identify what I needed and guarenteed to change it if it was wrong (It wasn't). PC is now flying. Some PC's need you to fit the RAM in pairs, Crucial told me that, other sites didn't. Can't rate them highly enough.

instructions with item good, also used computer handbook.

Slight problem with installation was the amount of dust in computer causing lack of contact. pylled memory out gave another clean and everything booted up properly.

I had a 1GB memory Dell with Vista that was slow. Adding Crucial memory has really made a huge difference to the performance. I'm not a PC wiz - so wasn't sure what I needed to order - but the Crucial Scan software told me what my options were. I was going to add one 1GB card but it was so cheap I bought two 1GB cards.
