instructions with item good, also used computer handbook.

Slight problem with installation was the amount of dust in computer causing lack of contact. pylled memory out gave another clean and everything booted up properly.

I had a 1GB memory Dell with Vista that was slow. Adding Crucial memory has really made a huge difference to the performance. I'm not a PC wiz - so wasn't sure what I needed to order - but the Crucial Scan software told me what my options were. I was going to add one 1GB card but it was so cheap I bought two 1GB cards. [...] The system now performs like a dream. I was so impressed I told my friends - and one of them upgraded his system with Crucial memory last week - equally impressed.
