Easy to install.
I expected a change in speed but it is not obvious. I was advised to increase my memory so I have now completed the possibilities (maximum )so may be computer is getting old and needs cleaning up. But not unhappy with purchase. Far from it. Seem to be getting fewer problems.

I'm not a computer buff! My friend told me how to fit the "sticks" before he went home to Oxford. I fitted them quite easily and I believe that they have speeded up the performance. I know very little about Multimedia.

Crucial was recommended by an I.T.guy at work for extra RAM, so I did the simple test on my system from the website, it gave me various options, I chose one and got the parts in a few days, simple to install once I worked out how to get inside the PC!

I am a computer novice with regards to the workings but this was very easy to install. the instructions were easy to follow. I wasn't sure what I needed so downloaded the helpful bit of software that scanned my computer and then gave me the options together with clear pricing which I found really helpful.

Easy to buy with confidence with the Crucial scan facility, and easier to install than I'd imagined - not a single screw to undo, and a push fit of the memory into the only spaces available. As it happens after the install I could not "see" my two additional drives, which I fixed this with an MS utility on found on Google, but I don't think this was a fault of the memory. In summary, very simple, very effective in increasing my memory five fold, and cheap at the price.

Great web site, easy to find what you need. The system scanner tool is very good. The only problem was that one of matched pair was faulty which was difficult to find however the live chat was useful and I found the problem. I have returned the goods and hopefully I'll get a replacement soon.
