Easy to use product at a much more appealing price than going through Apple - works just the same.

Took 5 minutes to install. Bought this so i could upgard to Lepord. plently of memory to allow me to do so and prefermance is still as good (probably better!)

Don't pay full price when this does the same thing!

I chose Crucial from advice from other purchasers. I had my computer scanned as I thought it needed more RAM because It was running slow. The price was good [...] but it was damaged. I spoke to a helpful Technician and the product was replaced swiftly.I fitted the product easily after a little technical guidance and my computer is working more efficiently.

Performance is fine. However it is a good deal more fiddly and time-consuming to install than might at first appear, particularly if you don't happen to have the fingers of a three-year-old and a VERY tiny Philips screwdriver. Clearly this is an Apple design question, but I would have preferred clearer information about this from Crucial.

I wanted to use the RAM in my MacBook Pro. Unfortunately, I've had to send all 3 modules back as they didnt work and at the moment my Mac is with Apple pending a diagnosis after a freak problem straight after I tried to install the 3rd RAM stick I was sent. Not sure at the moment what the problem is, but all 3 modules failed to work. Maybe I'm unlucky?
