Very easy selection via the downloadable scanner, installation took 5 minutes. I went from 1gb to 2gb
Immediately noticed increased speed loading web pages, photos etc. Speed increase was even obvious to my wife who is not a regular computer user.

Using the automated tool, the Crucial App picked the correct modules. I did wonder if Crucial had got it wrong at one point when I opened the Laptop and only found one slot. Changed the module and powered up the laptop ... and it showed 1.24Gb of RAM, strange.

I then found the second memory module on an E-Systems latop is under the Keyboard, but only after a lot of Googling! and without a manual is difficult to find!

I bought my wife a bottem end notebook a couple of years ago. The speed was never great so I used the analysis software from the Crucial web site and ordered 2 one GB chips. They were cheap and arrived fast. I had no problem fitting the chip in the spare port underneath but was a bit unsure where to fit the other one. I had no manual but when I made a quick call to Crucial, the girl confirmed the other slot was under the keyboard. The machine now runs like there is no tomorrow and the savings I made on cheap memory have now been lost by the speed my wife can now shop on line
