I am no computer expert, I was told that my 512 MB DDR was the cause of my machine running slow. Crucial web site checked my machine and told me the exact component I needed to upgrade, fitting instructions were perfect, and because I had never opened up a computer before I phoned the help line just to confirm I was doing the right thing. Machine is now running much faster.
