very easy to fit once the case on the laptop memory compartment was prised open with kitchen knife - so beware when working on some Acer machines!

I ordered this 2x1 gb of RAM to speed up a cheap laptop that was purchased for a spare, I ended up using it more than I thought that I would, so this was the reason for the upgrade of RAM. Worked perfectly first time. I have had no problems at all.

I bought similarly specified memory from a well-known auction site - it didn't work, I had no support and I lost my money - even professional system administrators get it wrong sometimes! For a few pounds more, I got my Crucial memory super fast, it is excellent quality and works reliably. Crucial should have been my first port of call!
