Yup it works fine and dandy, slipped it in pushed it down grabbed the machine hard typing feverishly with my little fingers I could hear the squeals of excitement from the processor as the increased ram pushed hard to do its job. Type Type on me the keyboard screamed I pushed it all the way to 1000 words and we lay there exhausted and happy that the increase in speed had helped so much.

This site is great I've used it before and I can't complain too much but on this product it says your computer can use up to 2GB, each slot can handle 1GB and at the moment you have 2 cards of 512MB, then it says one card cannot be removed so you can only upgrade one card- but why offer a 2GB Kit??? I dont get it if only one can be upgraded only offer one card!

I was going to upgrade to a new laptop, my Dell D410 was SO slow. This has turbocharged it and it's now faster than a much newer laptop I compared it against. Must be the best value upgrade available. [...]
