Upgraded an old note book from 1 to 4 MB RAM. I downloaded the notebook manual, unpacked the new chips, took out the old ones, installed the new ones. Was asked one question by the PC on start up (Windows Vista). Then running superb!

Product worked on second attempt after checking online installation guide as I had'nt installed it correctly! Also, as a 4GB upgrade I was very impressed as other websites suggest that a 2GB is the max for my system so I was pleased when it showed that my RAM is now 3.24GB. Good stuff.
