Memory was easy to install, but wouldn't work at first. After a couple of e-mails to support,it was established that the problem was the BIOS which needed to be updated to allow the memory to work. Once this was done, it was straightforward, and my computer is much quicker.

I am very far from being expert but I have every confidence in the quality of the Crucial memory I bought recently. It is all working very nicely for sure but why am I so confident?Well, firstly I followed a recommendation from someone I respect to buy from Crucial. Then at that point my own subsequent experience of them kicked in when I needed to contact them. They were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. All the vibes were good.I said above that is was very easy to install. It was. However, I had a small problem of my own making combined with (what I suppose to be) a minor imperfection in one of the seating sockets for the memory on my computer. I was loathe to use what I thought might be too much force to fully ensure the memory chip was properly seated and in the event although it appeared to be well in [...]
