[...].The new memory module was very easy to fit, took no more than 10 minutes all told, and since installing I've seen a quite dramatic improvement in the computer's overall performance - before installing, the computer was slow and sluggish, an ageing computer very much on its last legs.The new module has given it a new lease of life - not quite as good as new, but not far off. Good stuff!

Diagnosis of slow performance was insufficient memory eg 512. Crucial identified correctly that computer had two slots free with potential to upgrade to 1gb. Speed improvement was exactly as promised and immediate.

I bought this module for my employer's computer. I just could not accept that she could expect the machine to run with 40 times LESS memory (256mb) than my camera. Now that it is installed at least the machine will boot-up before I fall asleep or lose the will to live. Having seen what 256mb will do I hope she will be inspired to go for 2gb.

This product was reccommended to me by the crucial scanner. I'd never installed any of my own hardware before but it was easy. It came with instructions however once you locate the modules inside your pc you can see how to install them.
Rebooted my pc, it runs like lightening now compared to before.
