I was pretty unhappy about the speed of my eee pc and especially the fact that it was unable to open picture in gimp/Photoshop. Now that I have upgraded the memory to 2Go, it is a pleasure to work with it.

Moreover, the price of the product was very competitive and the sending was very fast.

I needed to upgrade my netbook because it had a hard time handling Skype calls. The upgrade solved my problem, though the increase in computer speed in general is not that spectacular. But it does the job. Installing it was a doddle, after I watched a youtube video on how to do it.

Experiance has taught me that more memory is always worth having, and as early as possible. Leave it too long and you have to trawl the 2nd shops for it. This upgrade contines to bare this out.

Works perfectly fine and very easy to install. Simply remove the battery, open the back panel with a small phillips screwdriver, release the catch (will pop up to 45 degree angle), remove old memory and replace. Couldn't be easier!!

The only issue I had was the memory upgrade wasn't recognised in the Windows systems memory. After a bit of 'googling' I found this is common on EEE PCs, but easy to solve. Follow these steps:

# Turn the power off
# Remove battery and then replace
# Turn power on and hit F2 repeatly until you enter BIOS mode
# Check to see the memory has increased to 2GB
# Hit F10 to save changes and exit
# Reboot and done!!!
