I ordered this product on a Sunday afternoon.On the acceptance page it stated if there is a problem with the order please phone us.The office did not open until 8.30 on Monday morning. I phoned the number given at 8.30 Monday and told the lady on the other end of the phone about the delivery problem I needed to sort out, the lady actually laughed and said sorry I cant help. Not the customer service one expects!!
