How do I cancel or change my order?
To cancel/change an order, first,
check the status of your order to ensure that it has not already shipped. If a tracking number has NOT yet been assigned, you can cancel your order using our
Expert Online chat tool, or you can cancel it by calling 0800 013 0330 (Freephone) or +44 (0)1355 586 100 (International).
Please note that e-mail is NOT a good way to cancel your order; if we have a heavy influx of e-mails to answer, your order will very likely ship BEFORE we are able to read your e-mail and cancel your order.
If we are unable to stop your order before it ships, and the order has been assigned a tracking number,
contact Customer Service for assistance in setting up a return.
How do I return an item?
Crucial products are of the highest quality. It's rare for customers to need to return their memory. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please
contact us right away.

How do I change the address or other information on my account?
If you have received an e-mail from Crucial stating that the billing information provided in your order does not match with the billing information on file with your credit card company, please contact them to update your records if necessary. This information will be reverified in 3 business days, or you may contact us to expedite your order.
If you are wishing to change your address in a recently placed order, first,
check the status of your order to ensure that it has not already shipped. If a tracking number has not been assigned,
contact us to change your address.
If you are wishing to change your address in your web login account, first, log in to your account. On the next page that appears, you will see the address we have on file for you and three links that allow you to "edit this address," "create a new shipping address," or view your "address book." Simply click the appropriate link and follow the instructions on that page.
Note: Updating an address in your web login account will not automatically change the address in any recent orders that have been placed.
How do I check the status of my order?
You'll need your Web order request number to check the status of your order. You can find your Web order request number on the order confirmation we e-mailed to you after you placed your order. To check the status of your order,
