Subject to availability, orders that are received and processed before noon GMT Monday to Friday are generally shipped within two business days. Please allow an extra business day for orders received and processed after noon or over the weekend (see below for delivery estimates).

For a speedy shipment with full shipment tracking visibility from door to door, you can select a discounted rate with Royal Mail Special Delivery. Or, if you want your order to ship free of charge and don't mind waiting a little longer, choose Royal Mail Packet Post First Class. (Offer applies to United Kingdom, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man).* Please note that Royal Mail Packet Post First Class service does not feature shipment tracking.*

Delivery to most UK locations by Royal Mail Special Delivery is by 1pm within 1-2 business days of dispatch from Crucial (subject to the conditions listed above and depending on your postcode area).

From time to time Crucial may select a different carrier to deliver your order. Details of the selected carrier will be displayed on the order confirmation page, and as soon as your order ships, we will provide you with carrier-specific tracking information, where applicable.

*Orders to UK addresses containing graphics cards ship via UPS Standard, free of charge.

Shipping outside mainland UK
European orders shipped outside the UK are delivered via UPS Express. Delivery to most European locations is within 3 days from dispatch. If you are a customer having your order delivered to France, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Austria, the Netherlands or Sweden and don't mind waiting a little longer for it, you can have it delivered free of charge by choosing Royal Mail.

Delivery to most UK locations by Royal Mail Packet Post First Class is within 3-5 business days of dispatch from Crucial. If you think your package may be lost, we can assist you. Unfortunately, we are unable to start this process until 14 business days have passed since dispatch. After this time, please contact us with your relevant order details.

UPS — UK and International
Delivery by UPS is within 1-5 business days of dispatch from Crucial. If you think your package may be lost, we can assist you. Unfortunately, we are unable to start this process until 5 business days have passed since dispatch. After this time, please contact us with your relevant order details.

Advance payment required for some countries
Crucial cannot process orders on credit card terms for shipment to the countries below. In order to ship to one of these countries, payment must be made in advance via wire transfer. For more information, contact us.
